It's The Imagine Cup Champion

Microsoft announced the winners of Imagine Cup an annual event, the prestigious world-class competition for students in the field of technology, developers and prospective entrepreneurs to create a creative project and ultimately bring their ideas into the marketplace. This is also the champion of Indonesia.

The winners were announced for the three major categories in the competition - Innovation, Games and World Citizenship - and three product specific challenges and eight special awards sponsor of the Imagine Cup.

Winners were announced at an award ceremony held at the Imagine Cup Alexandrinsky historic Theater and attended by more than 800 students, judges, award partner, Russian officials and journalists from the media.

A total of 87 students from 71 countries competed in the final after winning a local competition online and from all over the world. Microsoft gives cash awards and other prizes worth more than $ 1 million for the deployment of Imagine Cup competition.

Here are the winners of the Imagine Cup has entered the 11th event:

Innovation
• First winner, $ 50,000 prize: Team Colinked, UK, Project: SoundSYNK
• Winner of two, $ 10,000 prize: Team DORA, Slovenia, Project: DORA
• The third winner, $ 5000 prize: Team MYRA, Thailand, Project: SkyPACS

Games
• First winner, $ 50,000 prize: Team Zeppelin Studio, Austria, Project: Schein
• Winner of two, $ 10,000 prize: Team SOLITE Studio, Indonesia, Project: Save the Hamsters
• The third winner, $ 5000 prize: Team Banzai Lightning, France, Project: Seed

World Citizenship
• First winner, $ 50,000 prize: Team for a Better World, Portugal, Project: For a Better World
• Winner of two, $ 10,000 prize: Team Omni-Hearing Solution, Taiwan, Project: Omni-Hearing Solution
• The third winner, $ 5000 prize: Team Confufish Royale, Australia, Project: Local Foodbank

Category winners of Imagine Cup Challenge

This year, the Imagine Cup offers three exclusive online Challenge to students, providing additional opportunities for learning, prototyping and create applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. Three seeded teams from each category were awarded the opportunity to travel to Russia to compete in the finals. Challenge category winners as follows:

Windows Azure Challenge
• First winner, $ 10,000 Prize: Team Y-nots, India, Project: Zoik It!
• The second winner, $ 5,000 Prize: Team nlife, Ukraine, Project: onQuests
• The third winner, $ 3,000 Prize: Team LetssGo, China, Project: Get and Put

Windows Phone Challenge
• First winner, $ 10,000 Prize: Team vSoft Studio, Singapore, Project: Speak Reminder
• The second winner, $ 5,000 Prize: Team WeRule, Poland, Project: Modern Drug Test
• The third winner, $ 3,000 Prize: Team fronts, Poland, Project: Cope

Windows 8 Apps Challenge
• First winner, $ 10,000 Prize: Team TeamNameException, Italy, Project: Ulixes
• The second winner, $ 5,000 Prize: Team Wordsapp, Germany, Project: Wordsapp
• The third winner, $ 3,000 Prize: Team Clever Mind, Thailand, Project: Vocable World

Additional winners of Imagine Cup Award

In addition to competition and challenge, the students compete to sponsor a special award from the Imagine Cup as follows:
• AFT Excellence award. Five teams will get AFT (App Fast Track) review of the Windows team. Introduction to Windows 8 apps them, these teams will receive the review process to improve their project and produce a good Windows 8 apps:

• AppCampus Award: Team Flying Ship won fund of 50,000 euros, air tickets and accommodation for Callvenient app. An award for the best project they can become 'the next big thing' in Windows Phone, the members of the team will fly to Finland to attend training in AppCampus event.

• DreamSpark Learning Award: Team AuThink of Croatia won $ 5,000 for projects that focus on helping autistic children and their parents, which shows how the software creates a new way of learning and or teaching

Facebook • Creativity Award: Team Ayni of Ecuador by volunteering projects based on the social network Facebook took home a $ 25,000 advertising credits.

• KFC Russia Award: Team Sano from Canada won $ 10,000 for health and welfare projects. The team will perform at the KFC flagship restaurant in Russia in Moscow.

• Mail.RuGroup Connected Planet Award: Three teams met with Mail.Ru Group's challenge to develop a project which brings together entertainment and online communication are innovative, fun and rewarding. The following are the winners:

• Samsung Digital Native Award: Team Firebird from Sri Lanka received an award of $ 10,000 as penghargaanatas fresh ideas, digital intelligence with a global perspective on the project.

• Women's Empowerment Award: In cooperation with the UN women, the judge awards two student teams that created the best projects on issues affecting women globally. The following are the winners:

-. The second winner, $ 8,000 Prize: Team Omni-Hearing Solution, Taiwan, Project: Omni-Hearing Solution

In 2014, Imagine Cup headed to Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington. As part of the annual awards show, Steve Ballmer greets the audience through the announcement of next year's competition via pre-recorded video.
